I really don't see the point in getting a FA linebacker unless someone like Arrington would want to play here for a very reasonable price. Think about it we have Emmons, Pierce, and Torbor. No need for explanation with Pierce and we all know that Emmons when healthy is a pretty solid starter. I really think people don't give Torbor enough credit though. He's only played 2 seasons and was converted from DE. He's got the tools to be a very good linebacker and all he needs is experience. Put this together with the likelyhood that we will draft a linebacker in a very deep draft at that position, and we don't necessarily need a FA linebacker. Pierce is quality. Emmons has not stayed healthy. Torbor is still learning. Definitely need help and I really don't see any rookie stepping in and starting.
