Btw I like Freeman I start him every week

Coleman is always on my bench as a handcuff although I'm tempted to start both going forward in certain match ups if I keep them both.

My team is 4-1

I would like another WR or top RB or top TE/QB

My QB is Rivers who's been good but don't trust and my TE is Julis Thomas plus Hunter Henry so wouldn't mind studs at those positions either

I know for a fact I can trade Coleman for Russell Wilson plus a WR3

So trading a beast handcuff/RB3 bench guy for a coin flip start sit vs Rivers each week QB plus a much needed depth wr3.

But I feel I can do better for Coleman

I think you wouldn't get Russell Wilson in a trade for Coleman. I think if you were going receiver, you could get a decent one or a very good TE if it was a RB needy team.

Are you in PPR or standard? And who are your other RB's, WR's, and TE's?

Guys I wouldn't mind trading Coleman for are:

TEs: Greg Olsen (if the Olsen owner has a strong back up and is RB needy, there is potential here, but it would be a tough one to pull off) or Gronk. You may have to deal Freeman for those guys.

WRs: AJ Green, Amari Cooper, OBJ, or DeAndre Hopkins (may get a disgruntled owner to bite, particularly on the latter two). However, it's unlikely these owners would deal their WR 1's very easily. Cooks is another guy that may have an owner ready to give up on him. I would buy low on Cooks.

However, dealing from RB strength isn't always advisable. This year, the teams that have Elliott and Murray are probably at the top of your division, and for good reason. It's difficult to get top scoring from the RB position this year. Consistently high scoring RB's are the scarcest resource in fantasy. WRs and TEs are much easier to find.

Rudolph, Miller, Hunter Henry, Dwayne Allen, and Brate, maybe even Marty B... were likely free agent/waiver adds this season and are in the top 10 scoring tight ends thus far. Jimmy Graham is coming on strong and was available in a lot of leagues, too.

Look at receiver - Tyrell Williams is still available in a lot of leagues and he's scored at least 6.9 points in 4 of 5 games, and double digits twice. It's hard to get the top ones, but fairly easy to get decent options... and some owners may have dropped guys like Moncrief and Corey Coleman, who should be coming back very soon to their teams. Add now. Cole Beasley is available in 58% of yahoo leagues, and over 75% of NFL.com leagues, despite being remarkably consistent. They aren't huge numbers but they are consistently decent. I just added Sammie Coates in 3 out of 4 of my leagues right before his breakout game (it was a good weekend in fantasy for me). I also added him off of waivers in the fourth league, dropping Decker hours before the news broke he was placed on IR.

But hard to give specific advice without knowing your league scoring format and your roster.

Don't get cute then. Your roster is fine. I would actually have Hunter Henry starting over Julius Thomas. Try to trade a Thomas for a Zach Miller or Kyle Rudolph. Somebody who is attracted to the bigger name in Thomas may bite.

But your RB position is actually pretty thin. That's the position I would worry about bolstering. See if Dixon is available. I would drop Duke Johnson or DeAndre Washington for him. Devontae Booker with the Broncos. You want high upside stash's. Derrick Henry if he is available, which he probably isn't.
