osi724dasack Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 Few people have told me they've heard rumors that the Giants are ready to cut Cruz and move on if he can't show that he can still play this preseason. Guys like Lewis and King apparently are loved by the staff and won't cut them if Cruz can't show ability. Either way... as much as I want Cruz to come back and be 2011/2012 Cruz I doubt it'll ever happen and if he can't perform there's no sense in keeping him on the roster.
