What we should do with the number 2 pick

Any white guy that is still in phenomenal physical shape over 35 is taking something.

It's unnatural to be in pristine condition and able to compete with the greatest athletes in the world at that age and beyond without some help. Brady is simply roid raging.

I'm not mad at that..I'm a huge advocate for steroid use amongst athletes. I'm just stating a fact

To be fair, being a QB doesn't take a whole lot of athleticism....

What do you think of it Herc? To me its a no brainer. If the man wants to come here, you do what you have to to get him. I thought it would be the consensus here, but I saw a couple negative opinions in the other thread. Really surprised me.

I agree the odds are low but I think this story is legit. Its hard to imagine them parting ways if they win the super bowl but we are also talking about proud people who already have 5 rings. Plus belichick knows Brady can hit the wall any time. And this is his number one franchise choice if he were to leave. He still has his season tickets from when he was running the defense.

Ask any patriots fan if theyd trade the last two decades for a number 1 pick. Id give it up in a heart beat

Yeah it would be a no brainier, I mean the guy can win games without the greatest QB of this generation, and he would basically come in and draft his own players.

Would be interesting to see how he gets along with Gettleman though.

I think he is like 66 years old now so I dont know how many years hed stick around before he retires. Ill take whatever hes got left though. Yea this would be the best possible scenario. Crossing fingers big time.

And I totally agree. Id hand over that first round pick for him with no hesitation.

Gettleman is shown the door or rotated to another position. If the idiot Raiders can give Gruden a 10 year contract then you give Belichick an infinity contract including all the souls he needs to consume. The Patriots are all Belichick and a small percent Brady. Never forget the the Patriots went 11-5 with Cassell.
