Stunning news out of Cleveland.

The Browns announced they will release wideout Josh Gordon.

"This afternoon we informed Josh Gordon and his representatives that we are going to release him on Monday," general manager John Dorsey released in a statement. "For the past six years, the Brownshave fully supported and invested in Josh, both personally and professionally, and wanted the best for him, but unfortunately we've reached a point where we feel it's best to part ways and move forward. We wish Josh well."

Although I believe no player should be suspended just because of smoking some weed (Osi 420blazeit4lifeyo) Gordon constantly fucked up on a yearly basis with it.

Hopefully one day players don't have to worry about getting busted for it.

Wonder who gets signed first, Dez or Gordon?

Wonder if hes about to get suspended again

In the article it says he showed up late to the facility on Saturday with a hamstring injury he didnt have Friday.

Guess they are worried he's falling into his old ways.

lol yes one day everyone can work stoned & drunk.  I congratulate Josh Gordon on finding a way to not get paid just under $800,000 this year.

Notes on Josh Gordon’s impeding departure from the #BrownsCLEBrowns18.png: His release was not a result of a substance abuse violation or failing a test. He did injure his hamstring at a photo shoot.
