Antrel Rolle is amazing but he's our only guy!!!

Demps sucks ass

The rookie is pathetic

Stevie Brown is missing, benched, in the doghouse and has been brutal.

Why did we cut Will Hill again??!?

Because he was a dumbass.

Cause his name is Will Hill? I'd have much more respect for the guy if his name was Billy Hill, just sayin'.

I think a big difference between our defense and the Eagles defense was that their coordinator was agressive, and our's was not.

The Eagles decided they weren't going to allow the Giants to get into a rhythm, and Fewell decided the Giants would react to whatever the Eagles decided to do.

How many safety blitzes did Fewell dial up with Rolle, for example?

I think I've made it known here that I'm not fan of Fewel's bend but don't break defense... because often times that philosophy backfires... it took him till after half time to make adjustments at the DL.. you mean to tell me he couldn't just rattle Foles in the first qtr when shit was hitting the fan? God what I would do for John Fox or Spags...

Well, there was that and the fact the offense put up zero points and couldn't stay on the field for more than 2 minutes...mix in a couple bad punts, a good return or two, and beating us was child's play for Philly.

Still the defense should have marched their intensity... It didn't.

The defense could have held the Eagles to one field goal and the team still would have lost.

The loss is squarely on the offense, to think otherwise is incorrect. You can't expect a defense to be on the field for 75% of the game and hold an opposing offense scoreless. They even forced more turnovers than the Eagles defense did. It's amazing the Eagles ONLY scored 27 points. The defense might not have put in their best performance, but let's not forget that team puts up over 30 points per game. Oh, and the Ertz catch was an absolutely amazing play that 9 out of 10 times, is dropped and forces a field goal.

Agreed. Hate to say it, but I don't think the defense was lacking in intensity - I don't think they were prepared for the pace. A few times I saw an interior lineman, Hankins in particular, get completely pancaked right at the snap; it seemed to me like they weren't quite ready yet. I think it got better as the game went on, but by that point it was too late. Next time around they'll be more prepared; I'm actually fairly optimistic about the defense's chances when they get the Eagles at home.

I don't know about the offense though. They have work to do....
