SEVEN IN A ROW

Gave it away?

I miss this place.

In week 1 the Giants were being outgained by nearly 1,000 yards at half. You had a ball bounce off a 3rd string WR chest for a TD, and then two late scoring drives without Dez. If the Giants were a real team they would have manned up at least once in the fourth. That is not an example of giving a game away, that was an ATTEMPTED GIVE AWAY by the Cowboys to an inferior team.

Giving the game away is when a third string QB throws 3 picks in 5 passes and you allow a KO return. And you still only lose by 7 after a muffed punt. That is GIVING a game away.

Boy, I can't put into words how I'm going to enjoy these next 7 weeks!

While I don't disagree that not having Romo hurts, I don't think getting him back makes 7 wins in a row realistic. This is the NFL dude, come off it.

It's OK to admit that Glass Tony and his brittle bone disease have cost you another season.

Are the Giants winning 10 games? Don't think so...

Cowboys won 6 in a row last season.

They get by Miami -- look out.

Normally, I wouldn't expect 7 in a row. But Giants fans should worry for this reason. Nearly every game the Cowboys lost, including to NY, went down to the wire. Usually the last possession of the game.

Yet the QB play, in a league that rides on the QB, was not just average. It was below average. Some games, as bad as it could possibly be.

Romo just needs to be 70%. :TU:

The Cowboys need to beat the Panthers, and have travel dates to Lambeau in December and Ralph Wilson Stadium to play the Bills on Dec. 27th. Those are all tough games. I don't expect the Cowboys to go 0-3, but all of those teams will give the Cowboys trouble.

Eggy is right, though, the Giants missed an opportunity to put this division away. The Giants have the Redskins, Jets, Dolphins, Panthers, Vikings, and Eagles remaining. But I think the bigger question is if they lose to the Dolphins today, will they start to mail it in? Those high-talent, low character guys the Cowboys love so much... is a double-edged sword.

The Giants have lost the 4 games in which they've lead in the 4th quarter....by a total of 9 points. It means absolutely nothing; a loss is a loss. The only stat that matters is Ws and Ls to which the Cowboys have 7. Your team needs a miracle because I don't even see them getting 3 more wins, Romo or not.

The Giants are 5-5, any hopes of making a playoff run shouldn't be entertained. I actually hope the cowboys do pull it off an win the division so we can watch Romo crumble under the pressure again. His legacy needs a renewal.

I'm not sure the whole Romo sucks under pressure is a thing anymore. I mean, the guy was a Dez Bryant catch/I have no idea what the hell that was from going to Seattle last year. That ball was obviously a catch (you can argue that the Cowboys defense still had to stop Rodgers with 4 and change left) but he was pretty good last year.

But I'm not sure if that defense has enough horses, we'll see. Giants have the exact same questions

yeah, last season. I think if they have Romo and Dez all season they probably win this weak ass division, but thats the biggest problem with Romo; his frailty has already cost you 3-5 wins, and because he's been off the field he's likely to cost you more. 7 in a row? come on man.

The same could be said for the Giants. Better clock management?... and the Giants are sitting at 8-2. It means nothing,
