I like the move, this means that the Giants in all likelyhood are going QB in the first round and they want a HC who can develop him, plus see what he can do for Webb. I'll say it we dont have much talent on defense. Despite JR throwing millions at it the only pay off has been Snacks and Jenkins. We lack any sort of NFL caliber LB, surprisingly lol and we dont really have a solid secondary anymore. DRC might be gone along with Apple, Jenkins is showing cracks and Cockrel is the only consistent one but I don't want him anywhere near a teams #1 or 2 WR. Collins isnt a safety as much as he is a LB who can cover a TE, and we have no FS to speak of worth a damn on the team. Our DEs can play the run but Vernon is beat by tackles who can get to the outside and JPP is basically the new Osi 2.0 who only turns up in the garbage moments of games. This move clearly shows that they are giving the new HC a chance to get the QB he wants with the 2nd overall pick.
