You know who would be a great fit to put opposite Odell?

Brandon Marshall. Jets are backing up the truck (again). Veteran WR, 32, with a big contract probably doesn't fit into their rebuild. But there's some tread left on the tires and you have to think, after the morass he's been in, he'd LOVE a chance to finish his career with a winning organization. At 6'4", 230, he'd be a perfect possession guy to put opposite Odell.

It will be Jarvis Landry after next season.

That would work for me, even though, at 5'11", his game is more similar, rather than complimenting Odell's style of play. He's good enough that I guess I wouldn't quibble about the lack of diversity in receiving styles. He figures to be pretty expensive, though.

He's gonna give us a good deal to play with his best friend.

It's a fun thought.

As much as I want to believe it, I don't see it happening.

Seems NFL agents/players/owners have forgotten about "home town discounts" or whatever, plus I cant see the Dolphins letting the guy walk.

Besides if there's anyone I want the Gints to take a look at it's Britt or even Pryor, both of them would want to get onto a more than mediocre team they are on now and would both make big complements to Odell.

What a novel concept!?

Sign me up for Marshall on a cheap deal sounds good

Jeffry could work as well

I want Desean Jackson tho. Nice deep threat on the outside opposite OBj will help this offense , Shep in the slot, then draft a mid round taller WR hoping they can become a number 2

How many slot receivers can we have on one team? Pass. Need a big physical guy opposite OBJ.

Jarvis would be fine. I agree tho. Plus Jarvis will get huge money.

I agree about the bigger guy outside would be perfect, but how about Desean Jim? I know he's a small guy but he's also not a slot receiver, he's an outside deep threat who would also fit this offense and stretch out the defense.

Just a thought but what do you think? I think Jacksons skillset is unique and if the price is right I'd like him here opposite obj , Shep in the slot; plus add a TE and a bigger wr in the middle of the draft.

I do agree on a bigger WR for sure, Marshall is interesting but Jackson is quite the thought. He can burn the fuck out of a DB if it's 1on1 deep. Can use draft picks or money on OL/TE

If Miami keeps focusing on the run Landry won't be crazy money. His targets and yards were way down during the winning streak.

Jeffrey is always hurt. Every year.

I don't know if Marshall is done or it's just his situation but he's putting up like 60% of what he did last year

Not only does Jeffrey get hurt every year, he's currently serving a 4 game ban for PEDs. And the Bears put the Franchise tag on him this year! That's a mess I'd stay away from!

The guy I think we should look at is Michael Floyd (27, 6'2", 4.47 40). It's very likely that Arizona won't be keeping him and he's had very little opportunity in this contract year so his price won't be inflated.

I don't know about that. 31 catches on 67 targets this year. Cardinals expected big things when they signed the guy and he's been a huge disappointment. Yes, he's got all the measurables but the production has never lived up to potential. Sounds like he's their Rueben Randle!

With all the receiver talent on that team I think everyone's finally realising Carson Palmer isn't actually a very good QB. I bet Floyd thrives where ever he lands next year.
