Guest Nutty Sack
Think of the debacle in Seattle. Can Feeley ever recover as a Giant ??? With the extra money now available under the cap why not see if we could get the sure thing ?? That is of course while realizing DT and CB are the priorities. How comforting to be able to sit back with the game on the line needing a FG to win and have AV as a Giant come on the field to seal the deal. No, we are NOT going to have 2 high paid kickers.

BIGBLUE01
Seattle game sucked, but Feelys good, pretty good as a matter of fact. AV would be nice, but its not a pressing concern.

UK-Giantsfan
Jay lead the NFL in pts scored with 148 2nd in the NFL with 35/42 FG Excellent kick offs AV was 20/25 for 100 pts only ( and missed XP's and game tie v Steelers ) Feely is a Giant with passion ... remember the NO opening kickoff Forget Seattle, 2 out of those 3 attempts should not have even been attempted IMO Jay is fantastic ... we dont need AV well done EA Barney ... your opinions of EA sukk
xxi-xxv
I do not want to see him in Dallas. BTW, not to beat a dead horse and I have long gotten over my anger at Feely for that game, but Vinateri does not have that breakdown in Seattle and at least hits the 2 shorter ones. relyoneli
Just another pipe dream from the FAG 4. Feely is the kicker, no matter how much The Gay Possee hate him. I think he will sign with the Redskins. If I was lockhart, I would automatically be wrong.
Money
Vinatieri will be a Cowboy. Book it.

I'd say a kicker that went on to make 12 out of his next 14 FG's after the Seattle debacle recovered pretty well. And Vinatieri isn't money in terms of kicking. I don't know why everyone brags about him so much like he NEVER misses. He was 20-25 and Jay Feely finished the year 35-42. Vinatieri made 80% compared to Feely's 83.3%. Why do the Giants need to sign Vinatieri to replace a kicker (Jay Feely) who was a first alternate for the Pro Bowl team?

xxi-xxv
I cannot see why NE would be so stupid as to let him walk. They just cut McGinest and have the coin to keep him. He has been as important to that team as anyone not named Brady and Belichick.

He has been as important to that team as anyone not named Brady and Belichick. I think it was because they were barely under the cap before the new CBA deal. I think now they'll try to get a long term deal done. Otherwise, Money is right, he'll be a Cowboy.
Pizan
Vinatieri will be a Cowboy. Book it. The Cowboys lost alot of games this season because they didnt have a quality kicker. This would be a very good move for the Cowboys. We might even see Willie and Fabini also rejoin Parcells.
Ironhead
I'd pass. Every kicker has a bad game. Feeley proved he can come back and get it back on track. If he didn't then I would be up for the idea.

Chopper
We don't need a K right now, and Feely is our man for the next few years. If we add Vinatieri it would be just another player to take cap room away. I also believe that Vinatieri will be a Cowboy next year.
