Height: 6-2 Weight: 188 40: 4.45 Year: 5Sr Positive: Speedy wide out with a developing game. Quickly releases off the line, displays sharpness into pass routes, and extends his hands to make receptions away from his frame. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, looks the pass into his hands, and displays soft hands. Negative: Possesses a thin build and struggles in battles. Despite his 40 time, does not look like a vertical threat on tape. Minimal experience on the college level. Analysis: Harvey is a solid athlete with the speed and pass-catching skills necessary for the next level.
